I have yet to hear any updates on the artwork I requested. It’s been about a week without an update on the design or any word at all!

Haven’t gotten a proof or anything from company not sure I’ll ever even see what I ordered. Disappointed

So far this has not been a good experience. After placing my order, I got a confirmation email saying in 1-3 days I would get another email for me to approve the result. I placed my order over a week ago, and still haven't received the preview or any other emails at all. I tried following the link to review my order status, and it leads to an otherwise blank page that just days "Order Status." I sent a help request to try and find out if maybe the order has just been delayed (I understand if they're busy, it's November and they're probably getting lots of Christmas orders), but I haven't received a response for that either. The site has great reviews, so I'm really hoping this is just a fluke, but I'm really starting to feel worried that they lost my order or something, and I can't get ahold of anyone for an update.

Disappointed with the quality of the work done. Honestly, my 14 year old could have done a better job! There was no attention to detail. The images sent for approval were nowhere near the quality in the adverts. It's not a cheap choice, I expected so much more. They also lack the ability for you to try your photo with the costume before submitting for work. If it looks appalling, you get one chance to change it. I would not recommend and just wish I could get my money back

The first time I used these, they were first class, however my experience this time around is the polar opposite. My artwork needs revision and I have currently waited three days for someone to respond. I have emailed three times to change the artwork and nobody has responded with the exception of asking me to leave a review, which I am. I currently have no idea what is happening with my order, however I would also like to add that they have taken my money, which I doubt I will be able to get back. Sadly you have gone from 5 stars last year to 1 now.

Yet another Instagram company fail. No support t all. They submitted a proof to me. I rejected it and they sent another of the same proof. In the rejection I specifically called out some dots on the canvas. Surprise surprise it shows up with dots on it. Very disappointed. This is over priced. The worst part is that there is not a help email or phone number anywhere to be found. No commitment to ensuring the customer is happy. You would be much better served to photoshop an image yourself and then have Shutterfly or some other reputable company print it for you.

I need you to respond to your email because you have no phone number. I have sent 3 not including this review.
