Awful picture that got sent was done by a child

The page says 2-3 days for artist to recieve work and show a preview. Its been 5 days and still nothing had to write 2 emails to get a response and when I did get a response they said it's now 5-6 days because of high demand. If the time changes it should be stated on the website or an email should have been sent explaining the delay, yet not of that occurred. I am ready to take my business elsewhere and other sites offer the same service

I have not received a final edit of what I ordered. What I sent in did not look good. Half the dogs jaw was gone and it looked cartoonish. I would love to have this redone because I thing this would be a great gift. But as of now if that’s the Gus l product I just wasted a lot of money.

No response to email regarding order cancellation. Now on day 5 with no reply and worried that they will process order to then advise there is nothing they can do as it has been printed.

I tried to reach out to Crown in Paws to change the photo that I want it for my pet I picked an astronaut costume but I also want to pick another one that had the astronaut helmet on his lap and I emailed and got no response I was just wondering if it’s possible to change the photo that’ll be on my Pet again I just ordered us hours ago

Noone have come back to me after I have sent in my request... Took my money but haven't gotten anything in return ...??

I haven’t received any information on my order or a preview. I had a code and it did not apply.
