I really hope to change this review but the proof I received was terrible. The head isn’t proportionate, the whole thing is very blurry and his head is squished on (needs to be raised just slightly). There was a ton of open space towards the top of the portrait too wasting a lot of space. It felt rushed. I’m sure you guys are busy but I really had my hopes up for this present to my husband and so far I’m really disappointed. I’m looking forward to the revision. Thank you.

I left messages but no return emails. I don’t know what picture was accepted. I have had no other communication as to what the picture might look like. Customer service has been sub par so far.

Don’t send this email. I know it’s a marketers job to follow up and see how they’re doing, but... as a step 1, I submitted my dog pictures (I don’t know if they’re good or bad or even usable) to ask how my whole experience was, is ridiculous. Create a 3 question survey for this email. 1. Was it easy to find the item you were looking for? 2. Was it easy to upload the picture of your pet(s)? 3. Was it easy to place your order? Create a survey on survey monkey or wherever, but this Review is on Trust pilot survey is absurd. I’ve bought the first drink, engaged, and you’re ready to survey me on the color and design on your lace panties. Christ.

I was contacted several times and told my order needed attention related to image size. I responded immediately with a question regarding pixels (which was the issue), and never heard back. Continued to get emails, one that said they would proceed with my order regardless. There is NO PHONE NUMBER!!!! Bbb give grade of "F", and so do I. I was really excited to get this for my sister. Too bad.

Its been a week since I placed my order. I haven't seen the draft of my order for me to review yet, but I have received several requests for me to review their service so here it is.

I have left 2 emails, both unrealized and have not heard anything on my order its been a week
