I have not yet received my product but I have inquired twice about my digital download and nobody has gotten back to me. There is also no way to contact by phone to get an answer

Sooo much spam email...

It’s been two weeks and I have yet to hear back about my order, which makes this feel very scammy. I’ve reached out to customer service and also have heard nothing. I finally received my canvas far after the timeline provided when I purchased. Within the same day of opening the package, the canvas glue has come apart, and ultimately is falling apart. I’ve reached out to customer service again to see what the next step is. For $70 I was hoping for a longer shelf life than 4 hours.

I placed an order 1 week ago and still have not received my portrait to preview. Meanwhile, I am being bombarded with emails from Crown and Paw to purchase other things and to rate my experience.

I was charged twice for the same order. Could someone please follow up with me.

I mistakenly pressed the accept button for my photo instead of amend and within 5 minutes I emailed and DM’d on Instagram to speak to the company to rectify the situation however they have not replied to my messages. I am hugely disappointed about this situation as the product is not cheap

Misleading content and promotional code.

Only able to upload one photo at checkout (with no guidelines provided). Since then, I have received multiple inquiries for additional photos. Would have rather have provided 5 photos up front than the constant inquiries. Also odd photos are being tagged as “blurry” that were taken in portrait mode. Overall very skeptical.
