The options are so cute but I wish there were more options for mixed siblings canvases/phone cases.

Update: support contacted me after I posted my initial review to confirm the image looked great. They still didn’t provide a proof, but I was very impressed with their eagerness to address my concern, and they offered me a coupon code for another order in case the first one didn’t meet my expectations. A+ for customer service! Changing my review from three to four stars. Very cute idea. A little frustrating not to see a preview of receive a proof in advance of shipping.

I was inquiring about being able to put a note inside because the artwork is a wedding gift :) Also, there was no way to know it was from me! Customer service was responsive in letting me know you didn't currently have that option. I would highly suggest that you provide a "gift" option for customers!

Overall, pleased with my Princess canvas print, and love the concept, but I wish the collar of the outfit was more visible because without it my cat’s neck looks unnaturally long. I wish I’d been sent a proof of the image to review before if was printed. In all other examples of the Princess on your website the collar is clearly visible.

Thanks for the feedback, Melanie. We hope to print another one for your pet! ❤️
