Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

It’s been 8 days since I ordered and haven’t received the ok for the uploaded artwork which was supposed to happen and haven’t received a proof which was promised in 2 to 3 days. I purchased this a week before Black Friday savings to avoid the rush so I would get it on time for a gift. No response at all.

They ask for a review before even sending a product. This is often a sign of a sketchy company.

I received an email with a 35% off code but was unable to use it.

I ended up canceling my order due to bad editing. It looks like a “post it” job. Literally cut and paste. I think they just need better editing people or a better software.

It’s been over a week and no pic to review. It said 2 or 3 days?

They are fake. I bought my picture on Nov. 29 and as of Dec. 9, I still do not a proof to approve. I have emailed twice just inquiring about my product and I still have not received a response. Based on other reviews I read after I purchased the picture it seems like they are doing this many people. I am asking for a refund. This is a Christmas present and with no ship date in sight I would rather have my money to spend elsewhere.

Waiting 18 days for the preview, and with long delivery times it's unlikely to arrive in time for Christmas. A business that floods money on social media marketing for large orders yet doesn't have the capacity to fulfil them shouldn't really stay active for very long. Real shame..

Asking for a review, yet it’s been a week since order and still waiting for the proof. Yet you’ve charged my credit card.......will update when item is received.
