Website is easy to use. I know it takes your company time to position faces on portraits, but a crude preview would be great to make sure that canvas scene is “the one”. Very excited for my prints!!

Great options available to match your furry companion with but I wish there was a preview option to ensure a great selection. Can’t wait to receive my order to see how it turned out.

I placed my order today so I cannot yet speak to customer service, shipping, and the quality of the product. The website was well designed and user friendly but I wish that they had a better way of letting the user know that they have received your uploaded photos.

Would have liked to be able to upload multiple pictures or to see a preview of some kind where you plug the head in or something just because this was a gift so I had fewer pics to choose from. But I have not seen the final product yet so hopefully it all worked out just fine.

This is just a review of the website. I think the system is easy to use and there are a great variety of prints to choose from. I would have liked if there was a section to add a gift message upon checkout. I bought a portrait for family of mine as a surprise so that would have been ideal. other than that, website looks great.

Ordering was very straightforward and easy. I’m not sure if it would be possible but I’d love to see a preview of the poster, nevertheless it’s a very simple process and I’m very excited to see the product!

I found the website to be relatively easy to use! Thanks for your reply regarding the section on Notes as I think many people would like to add some additional description about their pets! I’m looking forward to receiving my dog’s portrait.
