Unable to contact company after ordering 14 days ago to find out the status of an order.

I haven't heard back on my second order with Crown and Paw. When I go to my dashboard, it states my order doesn't exist? Please advise. Sarah Johnson

My package was shipped November 12th and I still haven’t gotten it. It’s been shipped to Colorado on the 12th. I’m sure I should’ve gotten it by now today is November 30th. I’ve emailed crown and paw 4 times and had not received only one reply saying they would check on my order and get back to me... still nothing !

I can't give a review because I haven't seen the draft of my order yet. I paid for faster order time and it's been over a week since I placed the order and I haven't gotten anything back yet.

I ordered last Monday and though everywhere it says you should get a sample to preview and approve within 2-3 days, mine is not yet ready. Meanwhile, i get almost daily emails about their sales. I ordered Monday before the holidays and am disappointed that they didn't give a proper estimated processing time. It's been 7 days

This concept is cool but I spent 75$ and haven’t received a single order confirmation or update and I ordered it 2 weeks ago. Starting to get frustrating.

How can I review anything when I have placed my order and was promised a proof photo in 2-3 days, it has been a week today and still no proof photo from Crown & Paw. The payment for my order has been debited from my account. When I receive my order is an appropriate time to ask me to complete a survey.

I placed my order and have not received my preview yet- it is taking much longer than advertised - not sure why I’m being asked to review a product I have not received.
