Never got a response to changing the picture.

I wish I had a product to review. It’s been just about a week and a half since I placed my order and I still haven’t gotten an image to review. According to their website it should take 2-3 days. I did email them, and they said it should be ready soon (3 days ago). Maybe eventually I’ll have an actual product, but for now I’m very disappointed with the process.

Your site is horrible to navigate. Also I guess a couple of my pics were blurry. I tried to change and now can’t get anyone to contact back as somehow I have 2 pics of the same dog and can’t figure out how to change

One star. You sent me an email of the print i ordered for review. I requested a change and i have got no response. Now it lools like I've paid quite a bit of money for a print that i am not happy with. I can't believe that you'd ask me to review it and then not bother to respond. Awful customer service.

I bought it a week ago, u took my money, since then no digital preview and many 8 mails! Can’t wait to get it and take myself out of your mailing list. This is really bad idea to take someone’s money and then bombarding him with ads I already purchased u should know better

Still waiting to get my proof and it’s been over 4 days- hasn’t been set to artist, but customer dashboard is glitchy. Sent email and no response!

Got 2 emails questioning my order - I replied each time. I asked for a reply to insure that my order is being processed and not still on hold!! No reply!!!
