Website could be easier to navigate. Perhaps categorize it a little better.

In ordering a double portrait ( brothers in arms) I found it difficult visualizing how the photo would look by placing each dog either left or right.

The choices are many! I just wish I could have seen some sort of preview before the order was finalized. I can't wait to see the finished product!

Easy to navigate site. Just wish your prices were a little lower, but grateful I was able to use the coupon.

I think it would be helpful not just to have a means of previewing the piece, but also leave some comments regarding it. As an example, I previewed the photo I wanted to use by cutting out my dogs face in photoshop and testing several options. Because the photo wasn’t taken with this in mind, her face is at an angle and since I don’t know what the process is to create these, I don’t know if you take the angle as is, tweak the photo provided in that regard to better suit the photo, etc., and being able to simply leave a comment saying, “leave the angle as best you can” or “please make sure to straight out the angle of her face” would be helpful for someone less able to test these in advance. Considering it’s a custom portrait, I feel being able to provide input makes sense.... but again I don’t know the process behind this. Thanks, and I’m sure I’ll be happy with the outcome.

Just a recommendation, at the order summary would be best to have the uploaded pics there to show as well just to make the person who is purchasing the item to be less anxious about if they have uploaded the right pic or not.

Good site with beautiful products. The only thing that I would like to see added to this site is the ability to go back from the "cart" page and review the photo that was selected for each item ordered. It would be helpful check that I had selected the correct photo.

Simple to order, but will hold judgement to see how fast it comes, the quAlity of the product and the communication throughout. For the money they charge I'm expecting it to be high quality.
