Site was easy to use. Would have been nice to have a preview of the product with actual uploaded pic if possible but site reassured me that they would contact if issues.

Website was easy to use and simple to upload an image. Lots of options to choose from, it was a gift for my wife of her favorite dog who is attached to her hip, can't wait to see how she like it. Only reason it was not 5 stars is because I would like to see a preview option for the finished product from an image I upload. I know it wouldn't be the final image, but would be nice to sample some of the different ones. Jason

The ease of the website was great. My only wish is to be able to have a glimpse at what my pet would look like in her portrait. Just to make sure I have it right.

Generally a good experience. I had to restart a couple of times - I was doing 4 animals and if I took too long choosing a pic of my animal in between completing the portrait details things would get a bit hung up. No biggie though.

The photo is great, the quality is fantastic. I think with the larger prints, you can see a little bit of skewing or stretching if the image, and maybe a little graininess up close, but it looks amazing from a normal distance. Captured the essence perfectly. The only thing I think would add a lot to this product is to be able to see a proof of the product before it hits canvas, just in case it is different than what the buyer intended.

The website was really easy to use. It’s hard to tell what the final outcome would be or if the picture I took would work with the background. Maybe a try on, like they do with online glasses 🤷🏻‍♀️ Very worried I’ve paid money for something that’s going to turn out terrible

There were a lot of options to choose from! I hope I love the picture! I wish there was a way to preview the actual portrait with the picture I selected

Really easy to navigate and to upload photos, choose sizes everything is hassle free. The only improvement I would like to see is a preview option of the uploaded image on to the selected background. That way I could be sure that I was choosing the right picture. For the price I was happy to take the risk however if you were ever to increase your prices I think the preview is a necessity for customers to take the guess work out of ordering their perfect print.
