Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

My bank card was declined twice before finally accepting another card. I was a bit concerned about that.

Easy to navigate and use website, very intuitive and glitch free.

I am very impressed with the speed and responsiveness of the order, quality of communication, etc. My order arrived very quickly and on time for to be given as a gift. The print went over really well and the person who received it was very satisfied. I am reviewing 4 stars instead of 5 star because I thought the example images look a bit better than the final one I received. The examples on the website and in advertisements seem to have a more blended, cohesive, painting-like quality, and mine felt a bit more like the photo cut and insert into the painting background. I realize, ultimately, that's what this is, so I am still plenty satisfied and happy with the order, and in the end the main thing was the person who received it as a gift was stoked and loved it.

Easy process. Wish there was a preview...but otherwise easy.

The website was easy to navigate with endless options. However, it would be nice to be able to automatically see a preview of what it would look like before paying so that I could choose the best one and the website does not provide that.

Very pleased with service.

I really liked this company. I just wish there was more options for multiple dogs.. I got a canvas painting made as a gift for a good friend and they have multiple dogs -the only photo option Crown and Paw had available (the quartet) has 1 of the dogs in a kind of looking back position - and the dogs head just looks off.. it’s still cute but it would bother me if it was mine for my house. But I think it’s okay for a gift. I personally wouldn’t have picked it for myself. I guess it’s the thought that counts. The process was easy. No complaints there. Haven’t received it yet though- but I didn’t expect to have it yet, though that means I can’t review the final product seeing it first hand. When it arrives I’ll see about another review.

Overall the website was easy to use and very informed. I placed this order from my phone and there where so many pages of choices (a good thing). I didnt see an option to go to a specific page so after reviewing all 19 pages I had to page back indidually to page 1 to make my choice. Maybe add a go to page function.
