Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

The photo turned out well and the mug itself is fine, however the layout is poor. The images seem a bit squished to the sides and there is a massive blank space in the middle. By massive I mean an entire third image could fit in the space. It looks very odd. The option to place text here or even a large Crown & Paw logo would’ve made the mug look significantly better and changed my review to five stars. Currently, it looks like a cheap gift that I likely will not give to the recipient. Turn around time and communication about the processing speed and were superb. My only complaint is the layout ruining the final product.

I reluctantly accepted the last set of revisions. There was no feedback as to if my requests were applicable or if I should use a different photo. I saw no real change from request to request. I kept pointing out that the neck and head of my particularly furry cat was not satisfactory and asked if the body could be made fatter. I I'm not a visual person. I thought paying this premium price would provide me with a someone more expert than me. I'm very disappointed and will be storing the canvass I ordered in my closet

I wanted to browse the different designs but it wasn't easy to do so. I just kept seeing the same few designs in different products. I'd also like the ability to apply multiple filters (number of pets, genders, style, etc) in choosing a design, rather than starting over every time you select something to search by. When I was trying to compare multiple designs, the website kept having a drop down menu (and a pop message on the bottom) when I clicked from one browser tab to another. It was quite frustrating and distracting. I think it would be helpful to search for the design first and then choose the product. Or vice versa. This will make it easier to narrow down what you want.

website doesn't make it clear how long it will take to get your order. It's almost misleading because it says a shipping time, but the shipping time doesn't include the manufacture time and the manufacture time is impossible to find.

I still not received this artwork I ordered. The artwork does look amazing. brought 10 days ago and still not gone to print yet. Other than waiting everything else seems ok

Couldn't complete order! The website is enjoyable and easy to navigate. I spent wayyy too long looking at all the products and pics and perusing the reviews. My complaint -- and it is an important one -- is that I was unable to attach a photo to my order. I repeatedly received an error message: oops, something went wrong... I had to complete my order via email, which was no problem, but how many people experience this problem and just give up? The ability to place an order is the purpose of the website, right? I have never had issues attaching photos anywhere else (including my email order), so I believe it's a website glitch. Please fix it asap as I already need to order another canvas!

was not able to apply a discount code at checkout, there was no prompt for me to enter the code I had received - that part of the process was not user friendly

Just frustrated that it never asked for my promo code - wanted to take advantage of the 30% off, but never had the opportunity.
