I forgot which photo I uploaded and I don't like that you can't go back and view that after ordering.

Site très intéressant pour immortaliser nos compagnons. En attente des résultats pour un chien type cocker et un lapin bélier.

It's easy to use, but instead of showing the same background/theme as individuals products, have the customer select the background, then list all the different products using that particular theme.

It was really good a little confusing honestly to move around the page and understand when I was selecting the type of photo I wanted, it was until I did the quiz I did understand how it works, and it did not work for me on my computer, I was not able to upload the photo I had to do it using my phone.

Quality is great, but one of the cat's markings were flip-flopped and put on the wrong side of her face. Otherwise, completely in love.
Response from Crown & PawSep 3, 2020
Thanks for your feedback, Jana. Please send us a photo of the canvas showing the markings were flipped so that we can immediately process a replacement for you :) We really appreciate that you've let us know about this. Thank you as well for being part of the Crown and Paw community!

Good to read other reviews, pictures and functionality. Only slight gripe is that I couldn’t amend my order at check out after hitting “remove” several times. I also wanted to change the picture but had to go in via a different browser to do so.
Response from Crown & PawSep 3, 2020

We'll make sure that this is noted in our system so that we can further improve our website and our services.
