My order has not moved past the received stage and is taking a long time.

I haven’t received my artwork to approve yet and it’s been 1 week Since I ordered.

Communication is pretty bad idk if I will even get my two orders......

I have been providing good pictures . I keep being told they are too pixelated and not clear enough . No one replies to my email to help resolve the issue .

I'm hoping they can turn my experience around but I've waited two weeks for a proof and haven't heard anything. I reached out about it but no reply so far. weird I've gotten 40 promo emails a day from them though. now I'm just annoyed that I thought it was a good idea to pay an outrageous amount for a funny pillow.

I ordered a picture on November 25th and was told a proof would come in 3-4 days. It's been a week with no update. I'm really disappointed and have huge concerns.

I placed my order almost 2 weeks ago and still have gotten no response as to reviewing my art work. I reached out twice so far and both times received the same exact response which is a generic response with no real answer. As of this moment I can not give any more than one star due to the fact I was also told my card would not be charged until I reviewed the artwork. That statement was also false. I will be more than happy to give more than one star once I receive a response from a human or receive a refund but as of right now I am a 39 week pregnant woman who is not happy whatsoever.

I have ordered on November 24th and since now i have no kontakt back from on of your artists.. Number 341743
