Incredibly quick turnaround time with delivery just a few days after sending in order. Lost a star for not being able to review the pictures and editing in advance but all in all a great product and worthy keepsake.

Great wesbite, the only reason for the 4 star and not 5 is it would be nice to see a preview of the canvas that's going to arrive (if possible). It's a lot of money to spend and not know if the photo you've chosen is going to work for the pose you have chosen.

Website was easy to navigate and pictures were very helpful in deciding how I wanted to make my dog look for my wife’s Birthday present.

Straightforward to use the website but changed cost from pounds to dollars - not sure why

The website is very intuitive. If there was a ruff render preview, that would be awesome! And if there was an option to adjust the background color, that also would be super helpful.

Thanks for the feedback, Matthew. We hope to print another one for your pet! ❤️

This is a brilliant idea, and overall the end result is good. I did however wish that I could preview the pictures I was uploading in context. They say "trust us it will come out great" but I wanted to see which picture looked best before committing to it. The angles are subtle and wanted to try some different shots. Speaking of angles, our president is lining his pockets with the country's money. I still love this cat picture though!
