EDIT*** I reached out to Crown and Paw who quickly investigated. They found that they accidentally sent the wrong cat and are sending a new one. They were quick and friendly. I appreciate their response and am looking forward to the new picture! Thanks!! I was hoping that the cat picture would look much more like the cat photo I had sent. There are definite differences and it looks like this is just a generic cat used for these portraits. I am a bit disappointed as my sister will likely receive this gift, wondering why I gave her a random picture of a fancy cat...

I loved the concept of the whole thing but just hated the fact that I couldn’t get a preview of what it could look like and if the pic that I chose was good. Other than that I loved the experience!

Extremely fast turn around and super cute. I wish there was a preview option with your pet's image after it's been uploaded. The body we chose is far too large for a small dog...smaller torsos should be used for smaller dogs

I love the idea of these gifts. The website was not working on several occasions. A few different days, with a few different attempts. The order is finally in and I am excited to see the product.

The ordering process seemed simple enough, although I had thought the cost was in CAD until I got to the end and it showed USD. That was not a nice surprise. I'm hoping the product will will be so amazing that it will be worth the extra cost.

So far so good. Made some mistakes in the ordering process and they helped me fix them within 24 hours. Waiting to see a photo of the finished product!

Amazing website, i wouldn't mind a preview function however. Nothing comprehensive, just to give an idea of the finished product

The only 'issue' that I have is I wish the pictures for selection could be individual without the sample pet next to it so you can see better.
