Really bummed. Our first time ordering was phenomenal. So I have ordered 4 prints on the same day for Christmas presents. I've only received 1 print to review... it's been over a week, and that print we had to adjust because majority of the dogs hair was cut off.

I placed an order a week ago and they have no record of it in their system. They sure did charge my credit card though. I tried to contact them but so far no response. Not a good start for this company!
