Website is good. Photos of products are fabulous. My only issue was that I couldn’t tell if I uploaded my dogs photo... still can’t🤷🏼♀️

Very easy process. Overall great website. One glitch I found was that when I tried to checkout and also order a digital download of my canvas artwork...somehow the cart kept updating the quantity to “2”. I pressed the plus sign several times as well to decrease the quantity to “1” (I wouldn’t want more than one digital copy of my art). I updated the cart...and it still said “2”. I think it had something to do with the fact that my cart contained my canvas order, as well as a gift card. Ultimately I had to cancel the gift card, and only then would the digital download quantity be allowed to be set at “1”. Otherwise the process was great (I ended up not getting the gift card).

The only suggestions I have are to potentially offer color contrast recommendations based on the pets' colors and offering a digital preview of potential selections.

I would have given a perfect rating if there was a preview of what my pets photo will actually look like in character before I purchased it. There should be a feature where once you upload the picture you want to use, you can preview it in that specific character before you proceed with purchasing. That feature would not only put the person as ease before committing to the expense, but allow them to feel confident in their character choice in the event they felt indecisive about more than one.

Im very excited for the portrait. Its a gift for my parents because they love how expressive their dog is and when i came across crown and paw i thought they would love a picture of him like this! I only wish i would have been able to see a preview of how the finished product would look before purchasing. I trust it will be fantastic
