So far it is not a good experience. I submitted an order a week ago. Was told in three days I would have a picture of the final product before it was made. I have not had the picture or any email explaining the delay.

Almost a week out and I haven't received any new information about the product, I get it it's a holiday sale and you're busy but communication is important. You took the money for the product, offered no results, then want a review. Seems silly.

Received this email to review Crown and Paw. It’s been a week since I lace my order and I still haven’t seen the print to review. I order 1 month before Christmas and now I’m concerned it won’t be here in time.

Still have not gotten an email to review portraits

Zero communication since our order was placed. We paid extra for a quick turn around and it’s been radio silent.

Amazing concept poorly executed. In today's ecommerce world transparency to the customer is critical and vital. Repeat orders will be a challenge for Crown & Paw. Covid 19 and Christmas will press any business. We can all live with the truth clearly stated up front and make a decision. Deception is a sad way to build a business that has such an interesting and viable product. I do believe that they may ship my order at some point in the future, but I may never know when. The confirmation email provide no order number or any type of reference information. Could not check on status on the website without an order number. An art proof was promised in a few days. Its been 7 days. They are not accredited by BBB which I found out after ordering. Always look into ratings are transactional information about all companies when purchasing online. We get used to the Amazon experience and then run into situations like Crown & Paw where they just have not sorted out how to build brand loyalty or treat customers with care.

Been a month and no delivery. Tracking info stated delivery two weeks ago and now it’s nothing. Their customer service just blame UK customs. Find a UK equivalent as these guys offer no refund so you are buggered. Pretty hacked off. Had to order from another company locally so payed twice for something similar cos these ‘people’ can’t sort their delivery.

I do not like being ignored by any company but especially one I am working with for the very first time. I am certain this is not the only company that does something like this (no matter how unique it may be) and I can easily take my business somewhere else in the future and not say a damn good thing about this brand to anyone I know. Your team sent me the initial email letting me know about my purchase and I had some clarifying questions. The email said "email us back if you have questions." I have now sent at least four replies and sent an additional email to your contact email that I found on your website. Radio silence! You guys do keep sending me marketing emails but no response to my customer support email. This process is not transparent enough and your team does not know how to communicate with its customers. I am very dissatisfied.
