It's been almost 2 weeks and I haven't got the notice that the artist is done

I was so excited to get my product because the proof looked amazing! It seemed to be taking a while for shipment and then I came home today to the wrong dog picture.... and this is a Christmas gift. Very disappointed.

Hmmm... so first thing is that they ask you for a review BEFORE you even get to preview your product. SHADY af. I didn't write a review because I had nothing to review. But now it's been two weeks since I submitted my order. No proof has been sent l, no response to inquiries. Doubtful this is anything but a scam. But if it isn't, quite possibly the worst company I've ever dealt with. Absolutely terrible.

Won’t answer my message after I paid extra to “skip the que”

I have not been contacted by Crown & Paw since they took my payment. No idea what the status of my request is. It’s been over two weeks and still waiting for an artist to acknowledge my request. Very disappointed at the moment. Obviously I’ve not received my product, but if they send out a survey this early...this is all I can comment on. Simply very disappointing.

I was told I'd receive an email to review but I haven't received anything yet. Please respond.

I was told when I ordered I would receive a mock-up to review. Never received one and no status update on my order. Poor communication overall.
