It was easy to navigate and upload photos but I wished I could have seen what they might look like before paying for them, especially since they are gifts.

the filter feature didn’t work which made searching for the perfect portrait time consuming but other than that i have no complaints about the website or the ease of use.

Website is good, overall. The only thing I wish it had was a way to compare your uploaded photo side by side with the chosen portrait. I wanted to see how the coloring of my dog would work with the coloring of the dress, for example. Maybe a way to hover the photo of the pet over the portrait or vice versa to see if the head position will work, etc. Or maybe an explanation of how your artists can work with the media so that they work together. I did notice that the portrait could be reversed to looking to the other side, for example.
