Awful!!! I’ve received no preview of my art work and after submitting my concerns with a promise of a 24 hour response, 48!hours later no response. However I’ve received numerous ads. I’ll be sure and let everyone know the 5 star reviews are bogus!!!!

I simply have not had any updates on my order and it’s been over 2 weeks since I placed it. It still shows that is has not even been sent to the artist. I’m not sure if I will even receive it at this point. More communication on the process or at least what is holding it up would be nice.

I have tried to reorder previously created artwork through the customer service rep via email and they have been unresponsive. There is no phone number listed to call. After over a week of repeatedly ignored emails, I had to reorder through the site and add the order number in the notes section - it is unclear if they will reprint my order. It has been extremely frustrating to reorder. I had previously planned to make a much larger purchase of additional pieces but in light of how difficult this reorder has been, I have decided not to. EXTREMELY poor customer service. This reprint process should not be difficult and repeat customers should be encouraged Very poor business practices.

Still haven't received a confirmation email or mock up of my order.

I have not heard anything back nor have I seen any preview of what I ordered. The same day I ordered from you I also ordered from another company just like yours. I have received 5 emails and a preview of the orders. I have no idea what is going on or if the picture quality is good enough. I had a request for the other company for better quality photos which I supplied and they are done and being shipped in time for Christmas.

I sent my picture in 8 days ago. 8!!! It says 5-6 days for them to send a preview and I have yet to receive one of a reply to my customer service email. I sent the order in with enough time for the gift to arrive for Christmas but now I don’t think it will and it’s surely not because of me!!

I have still not received a mock image or my item yet that I purchased. I just an email and no one has responded yet. I’m not sure why I’m getting this review when I haven’t even received anything yet.

The idea of Crown & Paw is awesome. But 10 days after placing an order, they've sent me three emails trying to sell me more art, two emails asking me to rate them here, and zero emails informing me about the status of my order. So here's your review: stop spamming me, and maybe start working on my order instead.
