Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

I thought it was great! I wish there was an expedited shipping option.

This will be my third time ordering a print. I love them. The reason for my 4-star (instead of 5-star) is the "pay $10 to skip the line!", then "ok what about $8?"... it seems a little shady. Nothing tells me how many people are in front of me. I could pay $8-10 to skip one person, or 50 people. I don't like that, but that's my opinion.

I am very pleased with the art print ordered as a surprise for the dog Mom's birthday. I know she will love it! The support team was also very helpful navigating my changes along the way towards the final creation! The reason I only gave 4 stars is because I did not receive tracking or shipping notice, but all is well, Thank you all so much.

Can't wait to see it

The website is very easy to use and straightforward, however I feel as if you should add some categories to separate things like the royalty pictures from sports pictures and so on. Otherwise it was perfect.

I thought site was very easy to use in selecting an image and uploading an image. The concept is so cute and makes a great gift idea. I recommend checking email as they will communicate vie email to ask for a new image or clearer image if needed which can hault or delay your order. So, it's not just a "once and done" oder type service. I wish they had "text" notification. I didn't see the ability to send as a "gift" and notify who sent the gift. I had to call my mother to be looking for a package from Crown & Paw and that it was from "Me" for Mother's Day. However, I love the product and will order again!

The photo was slightly darker than pictured online

Everyone I talked through support was exceptionally helpful getting my order processed.
