Not thrilled with the photo i provided standing out much different than the picture. hopefully it looks blended better in person

Takes too long, wasn't thrilled with end result

The website does not have an option for me to switch a photo. I uploaded the wrong one while trying to view my photos and now I have to wait until someone views the error to re-upload a photo.

Cannot get in touch with them. Impossible

Edit: Just saw that not a single rating below 3 stars appears on their website. I'm more and more disappointed as I was really rooting for this company. I am absolutely happy with their products so far, no issues in quality. But in my opinion it's really poor to let people pay so they can skip the production line while people who did not do so (and maybe couldn't even afford bc they put their money in this special, costly christmas present) are waiting and way behind whilst more and more people are skipping in front of them. Even though I ordered in time for it to arrive maybe shortly after christmas my estimated printing date is way overdue and I don't even know if I will recieve my Christmas present this year.

I mostly give this 3 stars because I ordered on the 7th hoping I could get the canvas before Christmas but it's not looking like I'm gonna get this in time otherwise I love the idea and find this an adorable gift for family, friends, or even just to put in your office. It's not Christmas yet so I hope my canvas gets here in time

The artwork is as shown on the preview I received and is fine. The colour and quality of the sweatshirt are not at all as expected. The Christmas red sweatshirt is washed out and not a nice vibrant, solid Christmas red. Then there is the terrible quality material. It's stiff and super polyester-feeling and looking. Though my gift recipient hasn't worn it yet as it's a gift, I suspect it's just going to be a really sweat shirt that doesn't breathe at all. The shirt is also oddly proportioned, way too long, and the seems are very weird and lumpy and don't lay flat but kind of bulge out. For the extremely high price of the sweatshirt, I'm extremely disappointed.

The edits to the picture were really great and exactly what I asked for, but the actually product is pretty low quality for the price. I could have printed the picture at Walgreens for a much lower price.
