Quality and process could be improved

I attempted to reach out to you because I tried to track the status of my order that I placed roughly 7 days ago using my order number and email address and it told me that my order did not exist. I paid money for this and I expect some kind of communication regarding this issue. If my order does not exist then I want a refund.

Previously I’ve had a great experience with Crown & Paw. This time when I asked for revisions to the artwork they just kept sending me the exact same picture with no revisions. It was very frustrating.

2 stars of 5. The end product I received was not that great. They said I was getting a "Gallery standard, 1.25” wooden frame" no "frame" was included in the order - they are talking about "canvas stretcher" bars behind the image -- a big difference. The final image was out of focus/blurry when compared to the photo that submitted. I was expecting crisper details and got a slight blur instead. The "proof" that they send you is so small and there is no way to expand it to really see the level of detail needed to give it a good review, so be careful when approving your order. All in all this is NOT worth the price you pay for the quality you get in return. Caveat Emptor ~ BUYER BEWARE!

I did about 6 dogs, and only a couple looked high quality. The rest looked like very poorly done. Seemed very rush and lazy. I’ve sent back one to be redone about 6 times now. The photo submitted should look blended with the background, and the hair should not look bluntly chopped on the edges. A lot of money for something I can do better on my phone.

I ordered 3 prints. All were fantastic. However, I was horrified to see that although I received the pricing in CND, I was charged in USD. Customer service knew about this issue and offered nothing other than a "sorry". Not good enough.

I never received an order number to be able to review the preview to confirm the portraits before they are finalized and shipped.
