Hi Judy, I'm sad to hear that things didn't go down as you expected. I've checked your order details and can see that you approved the artwork on November 8th, and was sent to production on November 9th. Unfortunately, the package was shipped on November 14th which makes it 5 days in production. This is not by any means reflective of our standards of service and customer satisfaction. We are already working on tackling the problem as I write this so other customers will not experience this issue and deliver the packages at the soonest possible time.
