Terrible communication! I was sent a preview of the artwork to be reviewed. After viewing, I was happy with the art so I requested to cancel my order because the order still hadn’t shipped. It’s been over 7 days and I have not heard anything from the company. I’m extremely disappointed and not looking forward to paying over $100 for high school photoshop artwork.

Given an order number, and that’s been it, when I click on “check order progress HERE” it takes me nowhere, when I plug in the order number it says it does not exist. There’s been no other communication except to repeatedly ask me to review their company and product. So....

It’s been over a week since I placed my order and I have not been sent my proof to review. I emailed and did not get a response. I’m hoping to give this as a Christmas present and now i don’t think I’ll even get it in time.

If you’ve just ordered and you think you’re going to get your proof soon, think again. And if you think you’ll receive what you’ve purchased before Christmas you’d better start looking for another gift now. Now 11 days and NOTHING. Hands down the worst experience with an online retailer. Want a great portrait of your pet? Hire a local artist, not these guys.
