The free mug offer is not working with my computer, I use Brave browser and malwarebytes security. I tried other browser and it still did not work. web site was good but I did not like the redundancy of the same image background over and over. makes for too many pages to go through. Great staff help in getting me the free offer, they directly emailed me to help. one note of the free offer, i thought i had to have the same image for both items, the email made it sound like I did not, you cold make this clearer. thanks Scott

Appreciated your great selection of products. I had a hard time with your filters- once I made my choices it was not obvious how to apply them, so wasted a lot of time going through pages.

Would be nice if on my phone I had the option to download all the options on my page to scroll down when I used the filters, instead of having to click on arrows to the next pages. If not great page.

If there was a way to preview what your pet looks like in the picture that would be best, even if it was a very basic image.

While I was not very happy with the first print I got, I was very impressed by the customer service who reached out to me and offered to reprint. They were very friendly and helpful and worked very hard to get me a new print that met my original expectations.
