Hoping this review will change. I ordered 11 days ago, thinking it will be plenty of time before Xmas. I was told to expect a preview withim a few days. I have not received anything as of yet! I have sent you an email requesting for an update but no response!! Absolutely terrible customer service so far! You may be busy but if you cant handle the business then please don't take my money 😠 I urge people to think twice about ordering. If crown and paw can be bothered to reply to this review then and fix it then I will update this review.

I'm hoping this review will change. I just placed my order thinking I'd be prompted to upload my pets photos, but it never came and I ended up placing my order but have none of the pets faces. I don't understand why I wasn't prompted to upload the photos. I don't want to pay $60 for a photo of dogs I don't know. This literally JUST happened, so I'm hoping to hear from customer service and have this switched around. Regardless, they should look into why this happened. Just like 30 minutes ago when I was on their site I had the option to upload the photos. Then I went back and it wasn't there.

Ordered an item. Crown & Paw cheerfully took my money. Since then no follow up. No final item to approve. No order status. No progress. No response. Plenty of suggestions from them on what other items I can order. I'm wondering if this is even a legit company.

I Haven't received anything other than a confirmation of my order. Why ask for a review when I haven't received the product?

Promised to send a draft drawing for approval within 24 hours. It’s now over a week since my order and nobody has been in touch for me to approve anything. Checking my order status online it hasn’t even been sent to an artist yet!? I paid $10 extra to jump the queue to make sure it will arrive for Christmas, but I guess it’s just one of those companies that over-promises and under-delivers and happy to take people’s money. Would appreciate an update of my order - as it seems to have been lost...

Hello- I placed an order last week and was told I’d receive a preview from an artist in a few days. I haven’t heard from anyone; the only emails I’ve received are promotional emails and this email I’m responding to. Would have loved to see a preview and follow through on an order. Il sito è semplice da utilizzare ma ad oggi, nonostante siano passati i giorni richiesti, non ho ancora ricevuto il bozzetto per approvazione. Spero vivamente non si tratti di una fregatura.
