Very Pleased would recommend
Artwork was a faxsimile of the image I provided, the mug seemed very well designed also. My one true complaint was shipping time, which C&P tells you about when you order. If you are ordering this for a loved one allow yourself at least a month to receive the art, but when it arrives it'll be worth the wait.

I am happy with the product however would have liked a more accurate tracking software or more email updates such as to tell you when the item had been shipped as I had no idea it was coming until it arrived

Pretty cool
Pretty cool. Definitely make sure you have a good picture. I would like to add an option to put a quote in the portrait written in a cool script. I'm going to try to print one and add it to the framed pic.

Very good
Overall good. The only problem was navigating through the portrait choices was tedious as the filters are not great, and it takes ages to scroll through them all, as you can’t load more.

Great product but bad shipping
The product hasn't yet arrived and overall Crown & Paw have been good. They have added in any edits that I required for my product and have been very helpful. But, I ordered the product with a queue jump and it took a while to be shipped out. The last I heard from them was 4 days ago when my product had been shipped. I understand that shipping has been impacted by COVID-19 but if I spend an extra $15 on shipping I would like it to arrive a little earlier. I ordered it on the 27th of September and it is now the 13th of October and it has not yet arrived and I expect it won't for at least another week. All in all, this is a great product with great service but shipping takes a very long time.

Product is awesome -- but you need a gift card option
Love the finished product. Unfortunately, I wasn't notified that my gift was ready and shipped, so I wasn't able to coordinate with sending a card. Gift arrived with no explanation. Please start including a gift note option.
