This is taking far longer than anticipated

I have purchased two photos and spent close to $200 and have heard nothing from them, even after reaching out via the customer service email. I’m so bummed because I was so excited and purchased one as a gift for family.

I have not been sent any preview. It just states my picture passed quality control. I have had no other information. I don't know if this has been worked on. it was ordered November 30th. I am hoping to have the picture in the next 10 days. please let me know if there is a problem .

I can’t review this as I have not received even my proofs yet. I ordered on November 30. I have received 2 requests to review.

No service AT ALL ! I was told I would have a preview of my item in a few days. Over 1 week later and still nothing other than stupid marketing emails asking me to rate their services. Well here is my rating - A BIG FAT ZERO. I shall be contacting my credit card company who will offer a full refund.

I never received a view of my portrait, but was charged.

It’s been nearly two weeks trying to change the initial photo that didn’t work well, and still no response for this Christmas present. No where on the order page is there a way to contact the company either.

After 2 weeks I have yet to receive my preview. Or even an email stating that it will take longer. Yet, I continue to receive emails about rating them and 30% discounts.
