I loved the purchase in terms of how the artist was able to adapt to my specific need. I was disappointed that I couldn’t add the promo code during the purchase though.

Love the product/did not receive shipping notification.
First off, the print was EXCELLENT. My husband loved it. It was a birthday gift for him. Unfortunately, I never got a notification that it shipped and I just checked the website this morning and it still said it was sent to print but not shipping yet.. we received it in the mail today and my husband happened to get the mail.. fortunately I was able to get him on video opening it but his birthday isn’t for another week. I would have definitely given 5 stars if we had received a shipping notification though. The product itself is great.

This is a very cool website and an awesome idea! I love seeing all the artwork ideas and can’t wait to see my pets as a lovely piece of art! My only concern with the website is at first it was hard to figure out how to upload photos from my gallery on my phone, I wonder if it had been fixed it to make it easier that was the only thing holding me back from ordering a couple months ago. And also I wish there was better guides to figure out which character You are assigning a picture to in artworks with multiple figures. Otherwise my experience on the website was great!

I used it on my phone - was fine
I used it on my phone and found it a bit difficult to see all the different options. Might be an idea to just list the designs and show product options when you click on one to reduce the amount of times you have to press «next». Otherwise fine and easy to upload your images.
