Right now I have 2 orders placed and have received several requests to do a survey without any update on my orders. If I don't receive an order update within the week I am assuming this company is a scam and disputing the charges.

Perhaps poor timing to send a request to review when my order (placed two weeks ago) has been stuck in "processing order" for the entire time. I placed an order with the expectation that this would be a Christmas gift and have received no updates or confirmation of their ability or interest to do this. I have, however, received no fewer than five marketing emails since placing my order...

I asked for a revision and I still haven't heard back. :( Not sure what to do. 12/21: Got the revision looked even worse. I asked to cancel the order and refund my money and again no answer.

I ordered this in November and their artist has not reviewed the order yet. They said that would be done in 3-4 days. I couldn't see a link to contact them directly about this order, so I would hesitate to purchase.

Super-excited about the artwork, but asked to review it beforehand. My order confirmation says I should get an email in the next 5-6 days regarding the artwork, but have only received repeated emails to review it. (???) Long story short, put my order in 9 days ago and nothing. Checked status online and hasn't been sent to artist yet. I hope to have to change this review later. It is an innovative product and I know it will be great for a gift. Just hope that it gets there in time for xmas (ordered w a 5 week lead-time)

Over a week. They said “a few days.” Solicitation for all kinds of other stuff, but no response to what happened to my portrait!

Waiting weeks for them to update the artwork, it is clearly an automated program that creates the pictures and not an "artist" as they claim. Spent almost 100$ and still no prints sent. No hope they'll be here for Xmas despite ordering over a month ago.
