I ordered more than a week ago, so far no progress. I emailed customer service for an update but its been more than 24hrs with no response. Per the order details, I should have received a preview by now. I am losing hope that this birthday present will be ready anytime soon. Very dissapointed with their customer service.

Website is too complicated. I sent a pic of my friends two dogs. I have one photo. They want a right and a left photo so I couldn't do that for a canvas. So I selected a pillow. Figured that is simple enough and apparently it is not. Now they want me to pick a pet. I want the order canceled.

Was charged and still haven't reviewed and its been almost 2 weeks

This process and responsiveness of their company is horrible. I placed and order over a week ago and still haven't heard back from them about my order.

There is no way to get ahold of anybody. I have no idea where my orders are. I ordered 2 portraits for Christmas and I doubt they’ll arrive in time.

They say that an artist will get back to me with artwork within 5-6 days. I'm now approaching 2-weeks with no artwork being sent. I also sent a follow-up message to customer service asking "what's happening and why is it taking so long" and they told me that an artist is working on it and will get back to me shortly. That was last week. Still waiting on artwork - my order date was Nov 25th. Today is Dec 7th. Don't state 5-6 days unless you mean it.

I can't get a hold of anyone! I don't know if my order is coming or not. Can't get ahold of a human. I think I need to find a different gift, as I don't know if it is going to even come.
