Excited for this Christmas gift. After ordering, it said artwork would be available 5-6 days later for review... it’s been 9 days and still haven’t seen artwork. Wrote in using the contact form on the website and still no response. Just disappointed in the turn around time and lack of customer service.

I never received a preview of my portrait, no word on when it is coming either. I’ve emailed customer service twice trying to get information; they promise to respond within 24 hours and I still haven’t heard back like. I’m starting to think I’ll have to go to my credit card company for a refund. :(

It’s been eight days since I submitted my photo and I have yet to have any correspondence from crown and Paw. I also sent an email to the customer service email address over 24 hours ago and have yet to have a response. Being a first time user with the service I would say I am completely dissatisfied and I will not return.

I didn't receive my preview as promised (I waited well over the allotted time). When I tried to log onto the website it said order doesn't exist even though I have a receipt and an order number. I have not heard back from customer service. If they contact me in the next few days I will rescind the review, otherwise I'm stopping the payment on my credit card...
