I had two portraits made and one them I had approved and the other looks awful. I’ve asked to have the approved one shipped because it’s a Christmas gift and I still haven’t heard back. I also asked if another picture can be sent for the portrait that is not good and no response. I’m giving a one star because communication is lacking and now I will probably have no gift to give for Christmas.

Possibly a fake company so beware - I placed my order on the 23rd Nov, paid the $20 extra for the express process as this guaranteed production and delivery turn around of 1-2 weeks. Great I thought as the item was a gift which I needed by the 12th Dec. I also thought it was fairly good value considering the item was coming from the US. I received the confirmation email, along with a series of emails (spamming me for a review - I rarely do review products). After 3 days I received an update saying we had an issue with one of the photos I uploaded and I needed to log in to confirm some details. I logged in and it gave me no option to review the question but just confirm the photo. I did this and chased it up with customer services as I didn't want the process delayed any further. The response I received was everythign is fine with your order (great). 5 days passed and no update (plenty of spam requesting reviews). I chased this again and was told they were busy but the artist was busy working away but it would be here and ready the 7th Dec. On the 9th day of waiting I was informed that there was an issue with the picture and I needed to clarify a response to the question - the artist was clearly busy working on my order when they hadn't even looked at the pictures. I confirmed the picture and was told it will still be ready by the 7th of Dec. It is now the 8th of Dec (15 days since ordering, and 4 days until I need the item), I have still not seen a proof to agree it, my order status has not changed on the site and still says "ready to send to artist" and the communication with customer services is poor at best - each response is from a different person and no one reads the previous issues before replying. I literally give up - I was so excited to be able to give me other half this on their birthday, but that wont be happening now. Also when I now log in rather than a company address in the US it provides an address in Leeds Yorkshire, literally 10 minutes from where I am sat writing this.....Why have I A)Paid in Dollars and B) paid $20 for international shipping from a company supposedly down the road? The whole thing seems somewhat fishy to me and my advice would be to simply avoid this company and chose one of the many others who provide this service. I dread to think of the nightmare trying to get a refund out them is going to be.

I ordered my Canvas on November the 30th and have yet to get my proof or any e-mail from Crown and paw letting me now what is going on with my order. There is no 800 number to call. If I don't hear back from you in 24 hours regarding my product I will call my bank and cancel the payment. I was super excited to get this order and have been very disappointed with the lack of response from Crown and paw

Crown and Paw is an extremely disappointing company. They could not fulfill my order placed in November 27th by Christmas. They also did not communicate this to me as I had to contact them to ask about the progress of my order. I strongly suggest not choosing their service if you expect a reasonable turnaround time. Now I will scramble to replace this as a fun gift for my 12 year old son.

Our order is still not ready and there has been no updates. The only emails we get are ads for more products. Your company is good at taking orders but awful at filling them.

Haven’t had my preview yet after paying for the faster service. Service is slow and communication isn’t great, seem to wait forever for a response and my query has been handled by 3 different people over the course of a handful of emails
