Prices are a little high but great ideas
Prices are a little high! Especially for a mug. But these are awesome looking products. We’ll see how it comes out. I just wish you could make sure you see what it will look like prior to it getting shipped out. That’s what took me 30+ minutes — finding a photo to be sure it would work.

The head size could have been a bit…
The head size could have been a bit smaller but I should have asked for that to be done as I noticed it was a bit big when I first reviewed it. As far as the portrait goes, GREAT job! There was a dent in the canvas when I received it tho. That would be the only thing that I would have any issue with. Everything else was absolutely amazing.

Hi- The product is so unique
Hi- The product is so unique! The two subjects In my order are my “Grand Dogs”. I found it frustrating trying to flip back and forth between. I finally was able to send my order. It was very helpful and easy to connect with someone to answer all my questions.

Speedy delivery
Speedy delivery. I was expecting longer than 2-3 weeks. I got it in less than a week.

I was never notified that the item…
I was never notified that the item actually shipped (nor no tracking info); other than that, everything was good. Perhaps one or two less emails about additional coupons and/or "reviews" and one when the item ships... -J
