Impossible to contact anyone about your order, no contact phone and the email doesn’t seem to be monitored.

Very skeptical about this!!! Have emailed, was supposed to see a rough draft after five days! Nothing!!!

Have not received my preview copy and I can’t get a response from anyone

1 week and no design review....no communication at all.

Don’t plan on getting this ANYWHERE near when you need it! Timelines listed on website are completely inaccurate. Says it will be sent to artist within 1 or 2 days, well, it’s been ten and still not sent to artist. Another ten to have them send preview, you confirm, THEN it is printed first, THEN shipped. I have dealt with customer service and all they can say is it’s on its way. Actually, the order is “still processing” according to website. TEN DAYS LATER! This was a Christmas gift for a family member who’s dog just passed and it won’t be here in time. Customer service does nothing. In reviewing similar sites, their processing and shipping times are MUCH quicker. BUY ANYWHERE ELSE!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered 3 prints with a 10% code as a first time customer. When I received the email to review my prints, they had a 30% off discount code. I responded via the review link I was ok to proceed with the prints but would like the 30% discount code added. Anywhere I've ever ordered from has price adjusted before and even after (within reason) of receiving an order. After waiting 2 weeks with no response from my review link notes, I emailed their customer service email. They advised they couldn't help me. I'm still waiting for my prints to ship.

I ordered my product 7 weeks ago and have still not recieved it. Any email replies I get seem automated and never answer the questions I asked which is so frustrating. I have also been told that international shipping tracking is unavailable. I am starting to think I have been scammed.

Can you tell me why you have not communicated anything to me about my request?
