Fun for your family and friends to see your pet looking so distinguished

I liked the site fun! The products are cute and the site is user friendly. I sincerely don’t mind being given the option to leave a tip. However the TWO prompts at the end of check out to “skip ahead in line” just seem like a blatant money grab and we’re really off-putting. Especially after selecting “no” once, having it pop up AGAIN was almost enough to have me pull the plug on the entire purchase.

Website and ordering went well. The only thing that was confusing to me was that a coupon popped up for Father’s Day but when I clicked on it, it disappeared and I couldn’t find it anymore at checkout.

Very cute concept. Nice website with step by step guidance. The one thing I never like and happens all the time, is that the price changes at the very end when you check out, suddenly all these extra costs are applied making the original product much more expensive than indicated.

Instructions for photos are straight forward! Easy ordering process!

The website is super easy to use and find what you want. I wish there was an option to add more than one photo of your pet so the artists have more than one referance photo.

I wasn’t able to submit my order on my phone. The website wasn’t letting me move forward to check out. I had to log into my laptop to submit my order and that worked just fine
