Another good experience, however this time I asked the picture to be changed and they sent me the same picture to be approved 3 times, twice after I requested the picture change. It's not the biggest issue, I'm happy with the picture, and they did clean it up as requested AND it was right before Christmas. Will continue using your services, just a little dissapointed this time.

I never received a shipping notification, so I was afraid it wasn't going to arrive on time. I wound up buying more presents than I had intended, because of it. I was [pleasantly] surprised when it showed up

The products are very unique and fun. This is the 3rd time I have ordered this month.The site is a little difficult to navigate. The shipping was a bit excessive, and I was charged a city of South Charleston tax but our address is actually not inside the city limits.

The process took much too long. It took a a week and a half just to get the artwork together. I ordered two weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped

I ordered a mug as a gift. While it is a super cute idea, the mug is very average and highly overpriced. The cost is really for the cute factor of having your pet on a mug. The image of the dog is a bit blurry, I think in an attempt to make it look painted, however the uniform is not. The placement of the image isn’t the best, either. There’s a large blank area that takes up the majority of the surface, however, around the handle is white. It would be nicer if the color wrapped the whole way around the mug. The cost ended up being $52.90, which is pretty outrageous for what you receive.

Placing a 2nd order was very confusing and now im worried that the 2nd order will be of the same pet from the first. Can't wait for the first Portrait to arrive

Updates to the artwork were not received making it challenging to stay on top of the order. I'd constantly have to go to the website and check my order number to see if there was anything for me to approve. I would get a lot of emails with coupon codes but never received notifications that artwork was ready for review. It's a cute product but better communication is needed for me to give 5 stars.

I’m not sure exactly what aspect of the service I’m being asked to review but I’m very happy with the artwork, though I haven’t received it in person. I’m disappointed, however, that I paid extra money to skip the queue and got an estimate for delivery that said one thing and have still not received the product. I understand this isn’t all within the company’s control but I wish estimates were more accurate because if I knew, I wouldn’t have spent the extra money I spent to get it on time for the holiday.
