Unfortunately one of our dogs looks pretty different in the print. My fault for not looking at the preview closer.

The background had splotches all over they looked like poor photoshop. When I mentioned it during my approval, I got an automated response saying they couldn’t make wardrobe changes. I didn’t need a wardrobe change, just the poor photoshop fixed. I never even got a message after and am still waiting for them to fix it. My gift now won’t arrive by Christmas.

Well I needed help with some aspects that I was struggling with but never got a response when I wanted help.

I was misled about timing and execution of this process, having assumed it would be in my possession within 1-2 weeks as explained on the site, as artwork preview would be available in 2-3 days. After placing this order In my confirm email it explains to expect an email with artwork preview in 10-14 days. That is discernable difference that, having known, would have prevented me from wasting my money on a gift that won't arrive until after Christmas.

I purchased 3 items, custom mug, custom canvas, and custom pillow. The design looks great, mainly cause it’s my lovely pups on funny designs. But I was charged $9.99 for shipping 3 different times. They are all being printed at the same time and coming to the same location, sounds a bit extreme. I don’t plan on using this service in the future.

They're polite but...the work they sent me to review was a quick cut and paste. I didn't know where to start in telling an artist what to do when I would assume said artist would start with some blending...any blending. Or that they might have attempted to remove the food and tear stains that I specifically asked them to work on in the initial work request. There are lots of companies doing this kind of thing. I expected a lot more based on the work they present in public and on social media. Disappointed. Then they kept 25% of the cost because I "chose" to cancel. Feels like a scam. Based on others' words I've read since I am not alone in this experience.

I can't provide a full review because I have not seen my product yet, but what I can say is that the website is misleading. It clearly says that a preview will be ready in 2-3 days, but after placing my order and Crown & Paw charging my card, I received an order confirmation that says my preview will be ready in 10-14 business days. I can understand that the processing time may increase during the holidays but if that is the case, the website should be updated appropriately. I am just hoping the preview looks great and my order arrives in time for me to gift it for Christmas.
