Overall very good site
The only thing is that you can review the photo you chose when you proceed to checkout! Other than that, everything is great!

Easy to use website and products look nice. It would be amazing to be able to see a preview before ordering, but I understand with the work that needs to be done to make it look great that it isn't possible. I trust the finished result will be amazing.

I did this for my friends birthday who loves her dog so much. I am impressed how fast it was it will be in time . It was easy the one thing disappointing after spending $72 that I didn't get the free coffee mug apparently you have to choose it in the cart not explained until after I ordered . Its almost done purposely to make you miss out on the mug. And that's disappointing. If your going to offer it why not do it with every order without the game.
Response from Crown & PawOct 31, 2020

I was confused at first why some portraits where coming up multiple times until I realized that some were for the canvas, some for the poster, etc. It might be cleaner and clearer if the products where presented by portraits that you select and then choose what you want the portrait on, like choosing colors for a shirt on a clothing site.
Response from Crown & PawOct 27, 2020
Hi Kevin, thank you so much for your feedback. We are sorry that the whole experience has not been pleasant to you. We truly appreciate your suggestion! This has been very helpful! Apologies as this may not be possible at the moment as some of our designs are available for specific products only. Thank you for choosing Crown and Paw and the wonderful stars!❤️👑🐾
