I’m legitimately still waiting for the artist to send me the design. I’ve sent emails and am just at a loss for what to do to understand what has happened to my order.

Have not received any proofs since I ordered over 2 weeks ago. Doubt I will receive in time for Christmas. Extremely disappointed.

Ordered with express design but have not even recieved a proof or any acknowledgement that they are working on my product. Zero service, and then you ask for a review doesn’t make sense.

5 Days and no response or communication through website for order. Still awaiting on that response right now. But 100% ask for a rating before services rendered.

It has been almost 2 weeks and I still have not received the artist rendering. I have gotten nothing from this company since I ordered. Yet you want a review so here it is.

I wanted to order a gift card for a friend but the only option is to order it for yourself for immediate delivery.

I have received zero communication after multiple attempts to contact this company about my pet portrait that says it has been under review for Atleast 2 weeks. Zero customer service and no number to call!?!? Starting to seem fishy.

There is no way to get a quick rough proof of what picture will look like and it takes them forever to respond or make edits. So far a big waste of money.
