Placed order before Thanksgiving and two weeks later still waiting for artist to send me image for approval. At this rate the gift will not arrive to US for Christmas.

Ordered over a week ago and haven’t recieved my proof but I’ve been sent 10 surveys and emails to review my item.

No Progress at all on my Order and also no feedback. But sure it is already paid. I guess i will Never receive the product i paid for

It’s been 8 days and my approved photo has yet to be in front of an artist. At 6 days I sent an email expressing concern and have not been contacted yet concerning the matter.

I'm still waiting to review my submission.

Don't ask for a review before the product has shipped

Terrible customer service. I have not received the proof within 5-6 days as promised. No response from customer service. But the company continues to solicit new orders. It has an F rating from the Better Business Bureau. Wish I knew that before I ordered.

I was told I would hear from an artist within 5 days of purchasing the product to see if the photo I submitted would be applicable. It’s been 7 days and I’ve heard nothing besides ads from the company. I’m wondering the status of my purchase but nothing has changed when I “track my order progress”.
