I placed an order on 11/23 for a portrait to be given as a xmas gift. Received artwork for approval on 11/25 and approved it. Contacted Crown and Paw on 12/2 to inquire why my ordere has stalled at the "sent to print" stage. Received a response that an urgent message was sent to their 'Fulfillment Team" and they would contact me with an update. Sent another update request on 12/8 and have not yet had a reply. Order status is still at "sent to printer". Starting to feel like I've been scammed and wont receive order in time for xmas.

Been 2 weeks and still haven't even gotten to approve the rough draft they just keep saying "our artist working on it" like their hand painting them. No it just photo shop it should only take a day or 2 tops

Unable to contact anyone regarding order status and no communication after almost 3 weeks of placing order.

I ordered an 8x10 of my moms dog 11 days ago and I am still waiting on a render by artist to approve. I was hoping to have this gift by Christmas since I ordered it in November, however it seems to be taking much longer than the 5-6 days listed on the website to preview artwork. I assume it will take just as long to send to print, ship and deliver. Super disappointed.

I have yet to hear from you guys. I ordered over a week ago. I was told I would hear from an artist in a few days and nothing. I also reached out for an update and received no response.

I ordered this on December 1st and it is now December 9th. An artist still hasn’t sent me anything to approve before printing. If you order something from this company, just know that it takes forever. If I would have known, I would have used their competitor.

My preview looks nothing like a painting, just a sloppy photoshop job and I’m still waiting for a response days later. No option to contact the company on the website

Has been 9 day’s since my order and no preview or information on the actual order. I finally figured out there is a dashboard to see the status. Who would of thought. It takes 9 days to come up with a preview to even see if that is the option I want to use?? This is a Christmas present for my brother. At this rate who knows if it will even arrive by then
