It’s been 2 weeks and I keep receiving emails to rate this company, but have not even received the print to preview (that said would take ~5 days). I’m afraid it will not be here in time for Christmas despite ordering well in advance. Why would you want people to rate your company before receiving the product ordered?

Customer service is terrible. I have replied to emails and initiated contact via their website and have yet to receive any response. The products they depict on their website was not reflected in the products they designed for me.

Still have not even gotten my proof to review after a week after order. So when asking for a review, you might want to wait till something happens. Can't do a review on something I have no clue about.

I approved my picture and then immediately regretted it due to my desire to change the background. I sent an email to support approx 1 min later, received no response until 3 days later that it couldn't be done. This is by today's measure ridiculous, it's programming that can be changed very easily. The lack of customer support is very surprising (no reply). Very dissatisfied.

First time I ordered from crown and paw was great, got my order earlier than expected. Second time has been awful. I ordered two weeks ago have not been contacted once to review my photo. I have been trying customer service daily and receive to response. This is a Christmas gift, and I am very concerned that I will have no gift to bring because of this lack of customer service.
