The ordering process was pretty effortless. Lots of options to choose from. Price was a little excessive for the size of the product. Hopefully turns out better than expected.

It would be better if you choose the image, costume, then what item(s) you want with it. It would be nice to just get the digital image. I think the concept is fantastic and I’m looking forward to getting my order, I just wish the site was easier to navigate.

I would like to have seen a preview of the print I ordered, however, the ordering process went smoothly. Can't wait to get the print of our dog !

I thought I'd actually placed an order a couple weeks ago, was frantically searching for a confirmation email. Turns out the final 2 steps of the order process are not intuitive, and while it seems like you placed the order, there were two more pieces of information they wanted you to share. I await the version of the product for my approval. I hope it turns out as great as the examples on their site.

Easy to move through the website, and easy ordering. Only think is, I do wish we were able to submit two photos of our pet so there could be options when reviewing to approve the canvas. Or else, when we're reviewing I wish there was an option to add a new photo when rejecting the canvas. Otherwise, good experience.

Ellie
The mug was great, however, I wish the picture had been larger. There was a lot of empty space between the picture band the Crown&Paw logo.
