Proof never showed, 2 weeks after ordering, email not answered

VERY DISAPOINTED - placed an order on the 1st December, at least 9-10 days for artwork - then the artwork displayed was not in the design that I ordered and no doubt now more delays and unlikely to receive before Christmas despite multiple follow ups. No phone number. Customer Service team just spout out generic emails. Have been asked for a review but nothing positive so far. Would not recommend.

Very disappointed in the service so far. Confirmation e-email said I should receive a preview in 5-6 days. It’s now been 9 days and no preview and the status page says “processing order.” I contacted customer service and was told “our artists are still completing the artwork. It's likely that it has finished one draft, but the in-house team requested some changes to it to improve its detailing.” Which is a complete lie as the status indicates it hasn’t even been sent to the artist. The FAQ says that with the holidays, to expect the order to be ready in 9-10 days (usually 1-2). But here it is 9 days and it’s not even started. The FAQ also says “As your order is 100% unique and custom made just for you and your pet, we do not accept returns / refunds.” But I can guarantee that if I don’t receive it soon, I will be getting a refund and making sure my experience is shared with others considering this site wherever possible. I’ve noticed every review is 5 stars, which makes it pretty clear that they only show good/fake reviews. This site is a scam, don’t waste you’re money. Edit: I received a preview at 10 days, and while I didn’t love it, I approved it so I didn’t have to wait another 10 days. It’s now been another 4 days and order status has not moved. On top of that, I came back to check and edit my review and saw that my 1 star review, was changed to 5 stars. Completely ridiculous that they edit your review to look better. I changed it back, but if I could would give 0.

Well this is for my other product I ordered. Still no word from Crown & Paw. Please read my previous review. I wouldn't order anything until they get their act together.

They keep sending me emails to review a product I haven’t even received yet 🤷‍♀️

The information Crown and Paw provides upon ordering states that you will receive your art preview in an email within 5-6 days. It is now 8 days after submitting my order, paying, and submitting a pet photo and Crown and Paw has not followed through about my order. Instead they email me adds for their products daily. I submitted a customer service inquiry about my order several days ago and they have not responded. I ordered this item for a Christmas gift based on the timelines Crown and Paw provided but that is starting to look unlikely. I am starting to think this website is just a scam.

I placed my order on December 2nd and still haven't heard anything from the artists or received a shipping confirmation. I tried to email and did not receive a response. I'm starting to think this product might be a scam.
