The only communicate is email? My order has been dragged out for weeks and I still don’t know if it’s being processed!! I’m hoping to receive it before Christmas. I placed my order before thanksgiving. What’s the hold up? Very poor communication!

It has been 6 days (basically 7 since it’s almost tomorrow) since submitting my order and I haven’t received anything but junk emails about ordering more stuff. I sent an email through their website a few days ago asking what next steps were and still haven’t received a response. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

This is a scam This is a scam - pure and simple. The same website owners of Royal Portrait.com These guys took more than $300 off me, with expedited delivery back in October.. Will not refund or reply to their customer service emails - or on messenger- shocking. Total 100% scam - do not order here! Lots of similar websites, but all the same people - Crown & Paw, Custom Royal Portraits etc - all a scam. Nothing delivered, refuse to provide delivery timeframes, won’t advise on a refund - took the money, but nothing! Shocking - these sites need closing down. Illegal, criminal behaviour.

This company does not get back to you in the timely manner that they say. They also have not updated my portrait in over 8 days. Unlikely that they will be giving me the product and will probably have to get a refund.

I’ve placed two recent orders and service has been poor. I’ve sent so many emails and only received replies on one. That order is finally complete, however another is still open.
